There are times in our work, particularly in our work with first time managers where foundational frameworks will be presented.

Consulting
Involves partnering with your organization to analyze challenges and provide tailored strategies. Consultants bring expertise to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and implement changes, often focusing on organizational culture and systems.
We may take a consulting approach in designing our interventions and on occasion within a coaching conversation. However, we will call it out and invite the client to pick up what works and determine what doesn't
